Terms of use

By using PhotoCraft Wiki you agree to the points below.

Updated: Unofficial resource

1. Unofficial site

PhotoCraft Wiki is an independent community resource. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the ArtCraft team, the PhotoCraft contributors or Adobe, and nothing here is an official statement from any of them.

2. Information only, provided as is

PhotoCraft is early-alpha software that changes daily. We cite a source for every fact and show when it was last verified, but we cannot promise that the content is complete, current or error-free. Confirm anything important on the official pages linked from the site. The content is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

3. Downloads and software

This site hosts no software. Links lead to third-party official sources, and you download, install and use PhotoCraft or any other software at your own risk. Back up important files before editing them with alpha software, and verify downloads as described in our guides.

4. Trademarks

PhotoCraft and ArtCraft and their logos belong to their owners; the ArtCraft name and logos are the ArtCraft Team’s trademarks. Adobe and Photoshop are trademarks of Adobe Inc. They appear here only to identify and compare software, and do not imply any endorsement.

5. Content and screenshots

Text on this site is original. Screenshots of PhotoCraft come from the project’s repository and are licensed MIT OR Apache-2.0 with the rest of the project; each shows public-domain artwork, credited alongside it. You may link to any page freely. If you quote the text, please attribute this site and link back.

We link to sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including lost files or data, arising from your use of this site or of the software it describes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the current terms.
